The Insurance Department reminded Third Party Administrators (TPAs) licensed in Oklahoma to file an annual report for the year ended December 31, 2018 by June 1, 2019 or request a waiver by April 1, 2019.  Annual reports and waivers must be filed electronically through OPTins.
