WILMINGTON, Del.—CSC, the world’s leading provider of business, legal, tax, and digital brand services, announces that Dan Fisher, a corporate trust industry veteran with 35 years of experience, has joined its Global Financial Markets (GFM) division to lead CSC’s wholly owned subsidiary, Delaware Trust Company. In his new role, Dan will oversee and build upon CSC’s boutique offering of U.S. Capital Markets, Trust and Agency, and Independent Director services for a wide range of clients, including alternative asset managers and capital markets participants.
“I’m thrilled to join the growing CSC team,” says Fisher. “Delaware Trust has always been service-oriented, creating bespoke solutions to meet each client’s unique needs. We will build on that foundation by expanding our services to increase the scope of what we provide to our clients, while continuing to deliver the high level of expertise and support they expect.”
In addition to focusing on business development and service expansion for Delaware Trust, Fisher will help coordinate CSC’s global offering to ensure seamless cross-border service. He will report to John Hebert, president of Global Financial Markets at CSC and president and CEO of Delaware Trust.

Dan’s wealth of experience, strong track record, and deep understanding of our clients and markets make him an ideal fit to help grow our business.”
Before joining CSC, Fisher served as executive vice president at GLAS Americas and GLAS Trust Company of New York, where he established and led their U.S. business. Prior to GLAS, he worked at Wilmington Trust Company in New York and London, where he served as CEO and executive managing director for its subsidiaries in the United Kingdom, Ireland, Luxembourg, Germany, the Netherlands, and Cayman Islands.
