CSC provides a secure, web-based electronic recording solution that allows document submitters including title companies, law firms and financial institutions to electronically submit real estate documents to county recorder offices throughout the U.S. We also partner with the county recorder’s office to electronically review, accept or reject, and return acknowledgement of real estate recordings to submitters through an interface with the office’s Land Records Management System (LRMS) or a stand-alone Web interface.

CSC is the only direct provider of a total recording solution that encompasses paper recordings in counties that do not yet accept electronic documents. Whether it's paper or electronic—or deed recording, mortgage recording, or other types of real estate documents—CSC can record it.
