Troubleshooting Login Issues

CSC recommends completing these steps in the following order to resolve your issue.

  • First, ensure the address in your browser is pointing to CSCGlobal.com and not IncSpot.com. Our URL has changed, so you must now access CSC services through CSCGlobal.com.
  • Next, clear out the user name and password fields in the upper right column (if they are prefilled). Then, manually type in your CSCGlobal user name and password.
  • If you can't remember your password, submit a request to have your password reset. Follow the instructions sent to your email account.

If you continue to have issues, move on to the other tips outlined below.

Logging In After Being Timed Out of a Session

When your CSCGlobal session is inactive for a period of time, you will be automatically timed out of your session. If you were working in certain areas of the application, you may notice that you have trouble logging back in. This is because the site cannot locate the information that was associated with your expired session. To avoid this issue, you can take the following steps:

  1. Bookmark https://my.cscglobal.com/global/web/csc/home in your browser.
  2. If your CSCGlobal session times out, access your bookmarked page.
  3. From your bookmarked page, log in to CSCGlobal again.
