The Florida Department of State, Division of Corporations has announced that until further notice, requests for certificates of status previously available electronically must be submitted over the counter, or by mail. The change is a result of a Division of Corporations system migration. Certificates of Status continue to be available when electronically filing annual reports, new filings, registrations, renewals, dissolutions, and withdrawals.
