    Recruiter application review and phone screen

    Once you've applied, a recruiter or hiring manager will review your profile against the qualifications for the position. We'll contact the best-qualified candidates for a phone interview. Due to the high volume of applicants, we're only able to contact those who have been selected for a phone interview. If you don't hear from us in 30 days, please assume we've selected another candidate and check this page for other opportunities.

    Hiring team interview

    We'll invite the most qualified candidates to interview with the hiring team. This may involve a series of phone, video, or in-person interviews with the hiring manager, colleagues, and technical team members. Be prepared to answer behavioral-style questions, citing specific examples from your experience.

    Employment offer and screening

    If we select you as the most-qualified candidate for the job, we'll make a verbal employment offer. After accepting, you'll receive a formal offer letter via email. We also complete background checks (post-offer in the United States and pre- or post-offer outside of the United States, following all country-specific employment laws).

    Welcome and onboarding

    You're official! We can't wait to welcome you to the team. As a new employee, you'll work with the talent acquisition partner who has helped you, along with your hiring manager, on start dates, benefits, and onboarding. It's important that we set you up for success, starting with the onboarding process. We're excited to see how you grow your career with CSC.
