Tell us about your role at CSC.
I’m responsible for developing and implementing operational strategies aligned with the organization's overall goals. As someone who lead the service delivery, I drive the team to deliver excellence while overseeing and optimizing the operational aspects to ensure efficient and effective service delivery. One of my key roles also include developing talent and guiding team members to achieve their full potential.

Managing the entire client journey at CSC involves understanding client requirements, initial onboarding to ongoing service delivery, and building relationships to potential expansion including managing the life cycle of a client entity. This opens more diverse and high-level opportunities compared to limited-scope roles. It provides a strong foundation for career advancement with increased responsibility, enhanced skills and knowledge, comprehensive understanding of client journey with client-centric mindset, and the ability to identify new opportunities while building on the capability of problem-solving and strategic thinking.
