Tell us about your role at CSC.
I’m the head of Fund Services for the North Asia Team, stationed in Hong Kong. I have the privilege of leading CSC’s efforts in delivering exceptional fund administration and supporting services to our clients.
Success arises from teamwork and prioritizing people who make everything possible. My primary focus is on fostering a collaborative environment where every team member feels respected, supported, and empowered.
As the business unit head, enhancing collaboration across CSC is critical as this ensures we deliver comprehensive end-to-end solutions to our clients.

What advice would you give to someone starting their career at CSC?
