CSC and Ronald McDonald House Charities

A growing global partnership
Colleen Mulligan, CSC Gives Back program manager
CSC selected Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC) as our global charity of choice last year because its mission to support critically ill children and their families deeply aligns with CSC Gives Back’s pillars of giving. We’re excited to share that our partnership is gaining momentum around the globe.
Since the announcement, our teams in the Netherlands, Delaware, Ireland, Finland, United Kingdom, Illinois, California, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Curaçao have stepped up to support their local Ronald McDonald Houses through a variety of activities—from preparing and serving meals to hosting donation drives and organizing volunteer events.
Amsterdam
Our Amsterdam team assembled more than 150 sustainable grab-and-go bags, each filled with nutritious items to support families during challenging days spent at the Ronald McDonald House.
Dublin
As soon as the Dublin team learned of the RMHC partnership, Dominque Van Oosten says the team responded with a “how-can-we-help” attitude. They presented the local house with a €6,000 gift to help advance their incredible work. Our colleagues also volunteered at the Thanks A Million Gala, contributing their time and talents to ensure the evening’s success. The team has also booked four days of cooking at the house for 2026.
“We also facilitated a paint and prosecco evening with the artwork being auctioned for fundraising for RMHC,” the senior transaction analyst says. “We’re also on standby to help with the very important and exciting move into the new house in 2027.” She says the team is happy to help make a difference, support others, and have fun at the same time.
Hong Kong
Colleagues in Hong Kong took part in the RMHC Homebound Adventure Charity Orienteering Challenge 2025. “While running through the vibrant streets of Kwun Tong, where Hong Kong’s RMHC is located, we felt the energy and warmth of the community unite for a common cause,” says Winnie Chu, senior manager of fund services.
“We ran not just for fun, but for families and children who need support the most,” she says. “The enthusiasm, laughter, and positive energy shared that day truly reflected the strength of collective goodwill. It was an unforgettable journey of giving back, reminding us how small actions—when taken together—can make a great difference.” Winnie says CSC proudly donated HKD10,000 to support RMHC’s work.
California
In San Diego, CSC colleagues served meals, hosted a superhero party, and conducted a toy drive. “It was feel-good work that truly mattered,” says Amiee Turnier, business systems analyst. “Coming together as a mostly remote team to do it was even more special. We bonded, found shared purpose, and left inspired by the families we met.”
Delaware
Larissa Melendez began working with RMH in Delaware in 2014 through CSC’s participation in the charity’s annual 5K fundraiser. Since then, she’s become team captain. “Our efforts with the 5K go to ensure that families can stay together and support one another during a crisis,” the senior manager of client service says. “That’s why I’m so passionate—some may say crazy— about having CSC team members, friends, and families participate in the races in any way that they can.”
Since joining CSC, she says she’s learned of colleagues and friends who have used RMHC services. “It’s a weight lifted from their shoulders, knowing families could stay together and support one another, thanks to the house.”
Springfield
Starting in May, our Springfield, Illinois team has held many activities to support RMHC, including cooking and serving meals. During the holiday season, the team held a toy drive, delivering more than 75 toys, books, journals, paper supplies, and more. They’ve also helped with preparing meals, creating greeting cards, and helping to organize storage closets. “The thing that sticks out to me is the passion we see in the leaders at the house to help their guests get through the most trying of times and how thankful they are for anything we can do for them,” says Russ Lutkehus, UCC service leader.
More help
Our Luxembourg and Bengaluru teams also partnered with SOS Children's Village, which shares a similar mission of supporting families and children in need. These efforts reflect the flexibility and global spirit of CSC Gives Back—meeting our communities’ needs where they are and making a local impact in meaningful ways.
Whether it’s through hands-on service or creative fundraising, our global CSC community is committed to helping local communities thrive.
