Talk about your career arc and the different roles you've held here:
My career at CSC has been a roller-coaster of growth and learning, delineated by diverse roles and responsibilities. I began this exciting journey with stabilizing client product control, which laid a strong foundation for my expertise. This lead to various implementations and projects, where I honed my skills in managing complex processes. I wore multiple hats and seamlessly transitioned across roles, from business analyst to middle office analyst, and further into solutioning and sales. With each role I learned more, enriched my understanding, and contributed strategically, adapting to new challenges, and driving success in every endeavor.
What are some of the biggest changes you've seen over the years?
It has to be CSC’s expansion into new markets and the broadening of its service offerings to meet evolving client needs. There has also been a strong focus on integrating advanced technologies and automation, which has transformed our operations and enhanced efficiency. The company culture has also evolved, emphasizing greater collaboration, innovation, and a more client-centric approach. These have all contributed to CSC’s sustained growth and success.
Why do you think you've stayed here as long as you have?
I’ve been able to learn and grow in ways that add meaning to my resume. There’s a sense of purpose in the work we do, which makes me want to continue being a part of it. At every point in my journey, CSC has offered me unique challenges and distinct business models, keeping my work constantly engaging and rewarding. The opportunity to understand these varied models and offer tailored solutions to clients, while leveraging technology and best practices, has been fueled and fulfilled me. Moreover, the unwavering support and appreciation from management have been key drivers in my tenure, creating a holistic environment that encourages growth, innovation, and a strong sense of purpose.
When you first started here, did you imagine yourself being here as long as you have?
From the onset of my career, CSC has impressed me with its crystal-clear vision and focus on business growth. Each day in the office feels like a breath of fresh air, that brings its own challenges and opportunities. This dynamic environment has consistently reinforced my commitment to being part of the company’s journey.
What advice would you give to someone who wants to stay at CSC for their entire career?
