Our virtual interviews are as close to “in person” as possible, giving potential colleagues the chance to engage with our team. We use Microsoft Teams for virtual interviews because it's an easy way to connect with people (whether via phone, tablet, or computer) and interact during the calls. Depending on the team and stage of the interview process, candidates could meet one-on-one with a team member or manager, or they could meet with several team members in a group conversation. The interviews usually last about an hour, but some can run longer depending on the schedule.
