What’s your title and how long have you been in the position?
I’m a client partner for the Americas with our Corporate and Legal Solutions (CLS) business, and I’ve been with the company since 2021 and in my role since April 2025.
I’m one of the main points of contact for new domestic and international clients looking for products like registered agent, accounting, fiduciary services, and corporate secretarial. I work closely with our Sales Team and Service Delivery Team. Our clients range from large corporations and private equity firms to mom-and-pop outfits. That’s one of the nice things about this role—you get the opportunity to learn about different businesses and industries and how CSC can assist in their formation and expansion into the U.S.
How did you advance into this position?
I was in investment banking for more than 13 years. I joined Intertrust [acquired by CSC in 2022] as chief of staff for the Americas region in March 2021. While in that role, I became more familiar with CLS. This business was growing (and continues to grow), and at the time, there was a need for a client partner. The skill set fit my background extremely well and I knew it would be a new and exciting challenge. The role was also something where I could jump in headfirst and find success.
What's the most interesting thing about working here and what you do?
The variety of services and products we offer. We’re truly a one-stop shop for clients in more than 140 markets, and we can help them in so many ways. There’s a lot to learn about our products. I’m not a subject matter expert in everything, but the more conversations you have with people, the more you pick up.
What do you like most about the culture here?
The people are great and it’s very welcoming. CSC wants you to challenge yourself and stay out of your comfort zone so you can excel in your career. They allow you to delve into new things, and if you put in the effort and time, there's a reward for the hard work.
Everyone here is very open to adapting to change, making things more efficient, answering questions, and creating the best experience possible internally and externally. CSC wants you to grow your career and build off your success all while learning.
What’s something that surprises people about what you do?
People love that I get a chance to work with colleagues and clients at an international level. The fact we have a presence across the Americas, EMEA, and Asia-Pacific is something a lot of companies don’t have and people I speak with are usually fascinated by that.
What advice would you give to someone interested in joining CSC?
If you put in the effort, ask questions, and are a team player, there are a lot of possibilities for you here. Be open-minded, adaptable, and accountable and take on responsibilities. Bringing your ideas, putting your hand up, and asking the right questions will go a long way to having a successful career here.
