Service is at the heart of who we are at CSC. We are the business behind business®. We support clients in more than 140 markets with thoughtful guidance, clear communication, and a tenacious approach. Our Service Teams are the forefront of our client experience—driven by a fierce client spirit that ensures clients feel supported at every step.

Whether part of our Business Licensing Team, Client Support Team, or another of our Service Teams, you'll serve as an invaluable partner and have plenty of opportunities to grow and learn various lines of our business. If you enjoy working directly with people and helping them reach their goals, our Service Teams may be the place for you.

Roles

Whether you’re just starting out, have customer service experience, or are interested in switching careers, consider these roles below. You don’t need a specific background to build a strong career here. Many of our service colleagues came from retail, hospitality, education, and other fields—and found that the skills they already had translated well. What matters most is a commitment to doing right by clients and a willingness to learn.

Often the first or primary point of contact, client service roles are an integral part of CSC’s overall success. You’ll engage with individuals and businesses globally—building relationships, learning your clients and their needs, understanding our offerings, and assisting clients as they move forward with confidence. Specialized operations and global support bring together coordination, communication, and global collaboration. You may support investment-related tasks, help manage transactions, or align workflows across regions.

Roles can include:

  • Client Service Partner

  • Client Service Representative

  • Depository Specialist

  • Global Subsidiary Coordinator

You facilitate the flow of information and ensure processes are coordinated across different regions and teams. Your role might involve managing client orders, assisting with investor-related activities, or supporting workflows that cross borders. By clarifying complex situations, you help colleagues and clients progress smoothly, while also opening up chances for your own development.

Roles can include:

  • Client Order Coordinator, Global Operations

  • Investor Services Specialist

  • Workflow Operations Specialist

Our Business Licensing Team ensures clients can operate in compliance with every jurisdiction in which they do business. You'll process business license filings, manage client orders, and navigate multiple systems and vendors to get every document where it needs to go, accurately and on time. The work calls for sharp attention to detail and a genuine customer service mindset, and it builds a strong foundation for growth into other areas of CSC.

Roles can include:

  • Client Order Coordinator, Business Licensing

  • Team Leader, Business License Fulfillment
