WILMINGTON, Del. – CSC®, the world's leading provider of business, legal, tax, and digital brand services, and The Precisionists, Inc. (TPI), a national organization focused on employment for adults with disabilities, have announced a pilot project to create jobs for adults with autism and other diverse abilities. The project will utilize the talents of TPI's neurodiverse workforce to address critical business needs for CSC's Business License Team.

"When properly assessed and trained, people with autism and other neurodiversities are extremely high-performing employees, says Ernie Dianastasis, CEO of The Precisionists. "TPI's employees bring innovative approaches to performing critical and challenging jobs such as administrative, business, and IT functions. When you consider that more than 80% of autistic adults in the U.S. are either unemployed or underemployed, we're making a true difference in engaging a significant, untapped labor force. We're thrilled to partner with CSC, a world-class provider of business services and an employer committed to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion."

"As a company that values innovation and is committed to growing diversity in our workplace, CSC supports the work The Precisionists does to bring the talents of neurodiverse adults into the workforce," says Rod Ward III, CSC's president and CEO. "This partnership with TPI will enable CSC to take a unique approach toward inclusion of the innovative thinking these individuals can bring to our business."

Individuals taking part in the pilot program are identified, assessed, trained, and employed by TPI. While helping fulfill one of CSC's fastest-growing services, TPI consultants will also receive ongoing direction, training, and support from their TPI project leader.

"The TPI consultants will deliver outstanding support as a part of our team. We greatly value our relationship and the work performed," says Jackie Smetana, CSC executive vice president of service, operations, and human resources.

Individuals participating in the pilot program will complete four weeks of comprehensive training. During the pilot phase, CSC also hopes to identify additional opportunities to grow the program and support other parts of its business, further advancing TPI's goal of employing 10,000 people with diverse abilities in the United States over the next decade.

Candidates interested in exploring employment opportunities as a part of this program should contact TPI's talent acquisition team by emailing careers@theprecisionists.com.
