Melvin Maldonado
With more than 30 years of experience in client success, relationship management, and corporate legal services, Melvin has a strong background in problem-solving, project management, communication, and operational efficiency. Fluent in Spanish and English, he has built his career around delivering exceptional service and developing lasting client relationships.
The foundation for Melvin’s professional career was laid in the United States Marine Corps as a Legal Service Specialist, supporting the Marine Judge Advocate’s office with legal research, document preparation, and matters involving service members under Judge Advocate General (JAG) direction.
He later joined CSC in New York, beginning a long career in corporate legal services. Across customer service, relationship management, Corporate Solutions, and Global Customer Success roles, he has managed key client relationships, coordinated complex corporate and compliance transactions, led projects, collaborated with internal teams and external partners, and trained new colleagues.
Throughout his career, he has remained focused on understanding client needs, improving processes, and providing knowledgeable, consultative support that helps clients navigate their corporate legal and compliance needs with confidence.
