  • What is a reinstatement?

    If your company has gone to an inactive or “void” status with the state of formation or foreign qualification, you’ll need to file a reinstatement to return your company to good standing.

  • Why would I file a reinstatement?

    If your company misses an important state filing such as an annual report, or if you have not paid a franchise tax, your company may fall out of good standing with the state. You’ll need to file a reinstatement to return your company to good standing. In most states, a corporate entity must be in an active status to file any changes or to retrieve a Certificate of Good standing.

  • How can CSC help me?

    We will contact the Secretary of State or applicable jurisdiction for you. We will research your filing and identify how to reinstate your company, including the estimated cost. In addition, we will help you complete the necessary documents and get them to you for signature if necessary.
