Notify CSC of changes to the contact information for your company.
State laws governing corporations, LPs, and LLCs generally mandate the appointment and maintenance of a Registered Agent and Registered Office. A Registered Agent may receive service of process, tax notices, official communications from the Secretary of State, or other notices from government agencies. If you have appointed Corporation Service Company® (CSC®) to serve as your Registered Agent, we must have correct contact information on file for your company to help ensure your continued good standing.
So that CSC can distribute important documents to the correct person, we ask that you provide three contacts for each company (in addition to your own contact information). Please note that many jurisdictions require electronic delivery of notices/reminders. Please provide a current e-mail address for each contact.
If certain fields do not need to be updated, you may enter "Not Applicable" or "N/A" in those fields.
