The Trademark Clearinghouse (TMCH), one of the rights-protection provisions built into ICANN's New gTLD Program, launched on March 26, 2013, and serves as the central repository into which brand owners may submit their trademarks. In turn, all new gTLD registries will be required to reference the TMCH when facilitating the protection of those trademarks.
