All through a single digital platform that supports multi-custodian execution:

Contributions are based on the employee’s length of service:

  • Less than five years: 5.83% of monthly basic salary

  • Five years or more: 8.33% of monthly basic salary
    (Employees may also make additional voluntary contributions at any time.)
